What exactly is a "gyeah"?
"Gyeah" is a slang term perpetuated by West Coast Rappers MC Eiht and Snoop. It is meant to express something exciting or good. Like "yeah" but on the gangsta tip. Watch "Menace 2 Society" and you'll get it.
