Skyla just had her 6 month birthday yesterday and is almost ready to start solids in a few days!! That will be fun, I can't wait to wash up splatters of smashed peas.
Skyla got her first invitation to her cousin Kayla's birthday Luau, and all of her little cousins (all within a year in age) were also there. It was a real baby fest. There are a total of 6 babies born in the year of the Dog, and we don't know how that happened. We blame the men.
We had a BBQ and a spectacular fireworks display at our place. Hot dogs, burgers. It was magical.
(yeah I know its the 3rd of August, so!)
